How To Install Scorpion Exhausts

Here's a visual guide to install Scorpion Exhausts.

This example shows a typical installation of a Standard Mount Stainless Scorpion on a 2003 Suzuki SV650.

Here's the bike with the stock exhaust:

Step 1: Saw off the stock pipe about 1-3/4" above the weld.

Step 2: Attach the extension pipe provided.

Step 3: Attach the collector with provided brackets.

Reminders:

  • You may need to use a small amount of silicone sealer on the joints.
  • Make sure all bolts are tight and there is no interference with any moving parts.
  • Re-tighten fasteners after your first ride.
  • Don't forget to send in your warranty card! You can get ONE half price replacement in case of impact damage. There's also the lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
