If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection, you may return it, with no questions asked, within 7 days after delivery.

1. We'll replace them if they are damaged or defective.
2. You can choose a different style (you pay the difference or we'll refund the difference in cost).

There are no hidden restocking fees. Your only cost is for shipping the glasses back to SOS.

To take advantage of this liberal return policy the following conditions must be met:

• Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging, along with a copy of your receipt which includes your order number.
• All originally included parts, cleaning cloths, cords and cases must be returned.
• Original manufacturer's guarantee cards, manuals and registration forms must be left blank.
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Motorcycle-Accessories-WiseGuy.com -(by email) prior to shipping, and the RA Number written clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
• To obtain an RA number, please e-mail your request, including your order number via our contact form.
• Hi-Def Optics, LLC is not responsible for Returns or Guarantee requests for products purchased by third parties or distributors.
• After you obtain a Return Authorization number, mail Returns To: HI-DEF Optics LLC, 1030 A Cindy Lane Carpinteria, CA 93013. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you ask your shipper for Insurance and a Tracking Number, as Hi-Def Optics, LLC can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.

Motorcycle-Accessories-WiseGuy.com has a drop-ship relationship with SOS Eyewear. I do not stock the glasses or track actual inventory, so some styles may not be available at the time the order is placed. If there is a problem with your order I will contact you promptly and issue a refund if necessary.
